1. Unfortunately, we are unable to support requests relating to payment details or tracing payments, as we do not work directly with consumers and do not hold information on individual transactions. These details are held solely by the sending bank, which will be the best point of contact for this type of enquiry.
2. We are aware of a potential scam where fraudsters are posing as a representative of the Faster Payment System and are requesting a fee for a transfer of funds. We would never contact a banking customer or request them to transfer funds. If you think you have been a victim of a scam please contact your bank immediately and report it to Report Fraud.

Participant insolvency notification

Settlement Finality Regulation 22 requires a court making an administration order or a winding-up order in respect of a participant in a system to notify both the system and the Designating Authority forthwith.
