Participant insolvency notification
Settlement Finality Regulation 22 requires a court making an administration order or a winding-up order in respect of a participant in a system to notify both the system and the Designating Authority forthwith.
To comply with the regulation, insolvency notifications should be emailed to grouplegal@wearepay.uk or write to Group Legal, Pay.UK Limited, 2 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YN.
APP Reimbursement Policy
The Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) is introducing a requirement on PSPs to reimburse victims of APP scams that occur over the Faster Payments System (FPS). As the operator of FPS, we have an important role in implementing the requirements. If you are a PSP that will be affected by the PSR’s policy and would like more information about our plans and engagement, please get in touch at appreimbursement@wearepay.uk.
