Participant insolvency notification

Settlement Finality Regulation 22 requires a court making an administration order or a winding-up order in respect of a participant in a system to notify both the system and the Designating Authority forthwith.

To comply with the regulation, insolvency notifications should be emailed to grouplegal@wearepay.uk or write to Group Legal, Pay.UK Limited, The White Chapel Building, 10 Whitechapel High Street, E1 8QS.
