The End User Advisory Council (EUAC) – the body that advises and challenges on end-user interest regarding the work Pay.UK undertakes – has today published its annual report.
The publication is available to download at: www.wearepay.uk/who-we-are/euac/ and highlights the work the EUAC carried out in 2019, including:
- how the EUAC has sought to embed end-user thinking into Pay.UK’s work, especially regarding its delivery of the New Payments Architecture
- the EUAC’s input into key Pay.UK programmes, such as Request to Pay
- recommendations around end user research, to help understand what end users need and how best to improve services for them
