RCMS Core
The Core product allows PSPs to:
- Manage user roles
- Service admins can set up directory users and compliance users.
- Service admins can also make changes to the PSP reference data, i.e. contact information, sort code, account number, etc.
- Search the directory to find another PSP, allowing both the sending and receiving banks to readily communicate with one another and collaboratively manage in-scope APP scam claims through to closure
- Submit claim data as outlined in Reporting Standard A to Pay.UK, in line with SD20 obligation
- Access their own compliance monitoring dashboards (available from January 2025 for Reporting standard A, and for Reporting standard B once all in-scope PSPs are using RCMS Core+Claims).
