Purpose of Job:

Project Manager undertakes planning and delivery of smaller and less complex change projects. They may also act as project managers for workstreams within larger programmes.
The Project Manager undertakes planning and delivery of change. They help to plan and shape projects and manage active projects including where appropriate, management of Pay.UK colleagues, contractors, consultants and external suppliers. The Project Manager supports the Pay.UK Change Function in delivering change projects as informed by Pay.UK strategy and objectives.

Operations (Service Lines, Operations and Onboarding & Assurance)

Purpose of Job:

Reporting to the Third Party Assurance Manager, Your role will be planning, executing and reporting end-to-end business (Operational, Physical, IT, Information Security, Compliance and Bacs processes) inspections. You will review the company /bureau’s operations, focussing on risk management, internal controls and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. You will be required to liaise with all levels of management and build successful relationships across the business. You will also be contributing to the identification and assessment of company risks; participating in the follow-up process including Sponsoring Bank reporting.

You will proactively support the Bacs Approved Bureau Scheme by:

·        Professional bureau liaison

·        Document Management

·        Identifying risks and controls that protect the integrity of the scheme and Pay.UK

The role includes frequent travel – primarily UK based but can be further afield.
