At Pay.UK we have a culture built around purpose, enjoyment and learning.
We take colleague feedback seriously and work closely with our leadership team to: strengthen colleague participation; improve upward communication; and provide a regular platform for all colleagues to exchange views and voice ideas with our senior leaders. We run a regular annual engagement survey which is supported by cross directorate working groups to ensure actions encourage colleague participation.
We also have an active social committee that supports charity initiatives that motivate and inspires a culture of pride among colleagues at Pay.UK. Our social committee also organises social and sporting events to help us to get to know each other, creating a sense of togetherness and wellbeing.
